THE STAFF
Unlike most colleges that offer photography courses, the David Game School of Photography carefully selects working photographers who despite being successful in their career, have a real interest and commitment to pass on their skills and knowlege to keen amateur photographers.
This means that not only are the teachers chosen for the expertise in their area of work, but also for their strength and style of teaching skills.
As camera technology and equipment improves, classes are regularly updated and adapted to include these latest advances, as well as links with other methods and related subjects such as Photoshop, printing, and image viewing platforms.
Occasionally teachers will need to find suitable stand-ins if they are committed to a long job, in which case the full syllabus and notes for the relavant class will still be taught to the highest standard by the substitute teacher who will be equally skilled in passing on the teaching program.
The benefits of being taught by a professional are many; from being introduced to the latest photographic equipment and evolving shooting styles, to our teachers being able to recount some of the best (and worst) stories of the adventures that professionals experience. All in all this makes for a dynamic learning experience for all our students, whatever class and level they choose to learn from.
